Dashboards
Dashboards help to arrange and present information. Multiple dashboards allow you to get quick access to the most important data.
Multiple dashboards
To switch between dashboards, go to the Home view and click Select dashboard in the upper right of the window.
Home: View the conversation history and conversation activity over working hours
Koji activity dashboard: Check the number of messages and active users.
Business case: View the number of conversations, user statements, and deflections.
Setting a default dashboard
If you use a particular dashboard more often than others, you can set it as the default. In this case, it is displayed every time you reload the page (or close the tab). When you keep browsing the UI, the system remembers the last displayed dashboard.
To set a default dashboard, switch to the required dashboard and click the Star icon in the upper right of the window.
