Customer support center

Visit our Support center: it includes the ticketing system for creating and tracking requests and issues. Feel free to propose an enhancement, ask a question, or submit a bug. Once updates on your ticket take place, you will receive an email notification.

Service Level Agreement Definition

  • Support Hours of Operation: 8am-6pm Europe/Paris

  • Support Days of Operation: Monday – Friday (except for Public Holidays in France)

  • Promised Call Response Time: Within 4 hours of received support request

  • Promised Call Resolution Time: Within 2-14 business days of response
